HS2 is Britain’s new high speed rail line being built from London to the North-West. It is the largest infrastructure project in Europe and the most important economic and social regeneration project in decades.

It will form the new spine of UK’s rail system – delivering quicker journeys and improving connectivity across West Midlands, the North West and Scotland. Furthermore, the new railway will enable the reshaping of existing Avanti West Coast services to provide more capacity for all the regions that we serve.
